Resources for Men
You might be wondering, do you work with men? Yes--I strive to work with anyone who is genuinely seeking care and connection. Some men come to therapy with me to explore questions of identity, relationships, or emotional healing. Others are drawn to my trauma-informed, compassionate, and nonjudgemental approach, even if they're not sure where to begin.
We'll start with a conversation about what's bringing you in and what you're hoping to find in our work together. My practice is rooted in respect, presence, and collaboration--and what matters most is we both feel it's a good fit.
If I believe your needs would be better served elsewhere, I'll always do my best to guide you toward the right support.
Everyone deserves a place to feel seen, supported, and safe to be themselves.
