New Year: New Blog!

As I write to you, with the fresh fir scented candle burning bright in my office, 2017 is just around the bend! For many of us, this has been a difficult time- but there has been some good, too.
For me, starting this practice has been the realization of a longtime dream and I truly cherish the opportunity to do meaningful work each day with some amazing people in my life- my clients and colleagues. Having my own comfortable, colorful, art filled office space in which to work is a perk, too! I hope it is an inviting space.
One of my new year's intentions is to write more. I love to write and it's another way to do what I do- help people feel better. So, I will be sharing tips and tricks here for your health and wellbeing needs.
I hope this blog will serve as a trusted and entertaining companion to you during the months to come.
