It's okay to ask for help. You're not supposed to do this alone.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you're used to being the strong one. But, healing doesn't mean falling apart--it means letting yourself grow into someone who feels whole.

Here's how to begin:
1. Choose your route to getting started: Message me, book a session, or schedule a free consultation. (These can be done here.)
2. Start therapy -- We'll meet regularly (in person or virtually), at a pace that works for you to begin the work of healing.
3. Reclaim your life -- Bit by bit, you'll begin to feel more grounded, self-compassionate, and connected to who you truly are.

Here's a bit more about what to expect:
To book, you'll select a date and time directly through my online calendar. (This can be for your first session OR a free phone consult).

You'll be asked to leave a credit card on file to hold your appointment--no charges will be made unless we meet or unless otherwise discussed.

Once your appointment is confirmed, you'll receive a link to my secure online client portal, to complete your electronic intake documents.

Everything is kept fully confidential and HIPAA-compliant.

If meeting in person, you'll also receive directions
to my office in Athens.

Reach out anytime. I'm here to support you in taking this first step.
